Payment Policy
All reservations must be guaranteed. Reservations can be guaranteed in the following ways: Credit Card (with security code), bank deposit with payment and/or Pix transfer.

Cancellation Policies

Reservations may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the check-in date.

In case of cancellation after this deadline or in case of no-show, the TOTAL amount will be charged. Early departures must be communicated 24 hours in advance, otherwise a charge equivalent to the next day's stay will be applied.
