You will need to make a prepayment of the cost of the first night the day before arrival.

Rates and packages classified as NON-REFUNDABLE have special promotional conditions and, for this reason, do not allow cancellation with a refund after booking confirmation.

In case of withdrawal, no-show, early departure, or cancellation request after purchase confirmation, there will be no partial or full refund of the amounts paid.

Date changes may be considered exceptionally, subject to availability and applicable rate differences for the requested period, and do not constitute an obligation on the part of the establishment.

In cases of accident or serious illness affecting any guest linked to the reservation, the amount paid may, subject to analysis, be converted into credit for future use, valid for up to 90 (ninety) days from the originally reserved date.

For analysis of the request, a supporting medical certificate in the name of the guest unable to travel must be submitted, up to 24 (twenty-four) hours before the scheduled check-in time.

The credit granted will not be converted into a financial refund.

By completing the purchase, the cardholder declares to be aware of and in agreement with the fare conditions and cancellation policy applicable to the contracted reservation.

- Cancellations or modifications untill 24 hours before the check-in schedule will be free of cost. Cancellations, modifications and no shows after the mentioned period will be charged 100% of the reservation first night;

- Every Reservation must be guaranteed with a credit card;

- The Check-in schedule is from 2pm and the Check-out must be done not later than 12pm.Early check-in and late check-out may have additional costs;
- One Child not older than 2 years old will not be charged, as long as child sleeps in one of the preexistent beds in the apartment. Children older than 2 years old will have an additional cost. In cases of 2 children, both under 3 years old, one will be free of charge and one will be charged an additional cost;

- No pets allowed.
