Deposit / Guarantee Policies
Prepayment of 100% of the value of the reservation made is required.
• By credit card in cash or according to the number of installments allowed by each brand at the time of booking (interest-free). (Minimum installments 200.00);
• Bank details for payment via deposit or bank transfer can be requested upon guaranteeing the reservation by credit card to [email protected];
• 100% refund of the amount paid for cancellations up to 7 days after payment;
• Non refundable;
• Payment from the first week of June;
• When making your reservation, please provide the cardholder's CPF number in the observation field;
• For the confirmation of the reservation will be charged in advance the value corresponding to 100% of the total of the reserved nights + rates;

Cancellation Policies
FLIP e FESTIVAL DA CACHAÇA:
- If you cancel or change the reservation, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation as a penalty;
- In case of no show or early departure, the total amount of the reservation will be charged as a penalty;
- Payment: They are confirmed by Prepayment in full of the reservation or Parceladas in up to 3x in the credit card;
- Not refundable;
Attention: Reversal/cancellation requests must be made within 7 days after purchase and provided that it is before 48 hours of check in, according to Consumer Protection Code art.49, respecting the cancellation or non-attendance period.
• Up to 60 days of check-in without charge;
• Less than 59 days of check-in and no-show, 100% of the amount of the booked period will be withheld and non-refunded;
• In case of reduction of the stay after check-in (arrival) will be kept the full amount of the reservation;
• The same rules apply to changes in reserves;

Cancellation of the reservation after confirmation is subject to the payment of a fee, in case of cancellation.
- If you cancel or change the reservation up to 14 days before the check-in date, there will be no charge;
- If you cancel or change it late, the full amount of the reservation will be charged as a penalty;
- In case of no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged as a penalty;
Attention: Requests for refund/cancellation must be made within 7 days after purchase, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code art.49, respecting the cancellation or no-show deadline.
The cancellation of the reservation after its confirmation is subject to the payment of a fee, in case of cancellation.
Low Season:
- If you cancel or change the reservation until 07 days before the check-in date, no charge will be made;
- If you cancel, change late or leave earlier, you will be charged 01 daily as a penalty;
- In case of no show, will be charged 01 daily as penalty;
