- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or bank deposit (PIX, TED or transfer within 1 hour);
- It is mandatory to present the credit card corresponding to the purchase at the time of check-in.

- Cancellation of the reservation more than 30 days before check-in, the amount deposited will be refunded in full;
- Cancellation of the reservation 10 to 30 days before check-in, the amount deposited will be used as credit for the next 3 months, the new package will be calculated according to the current rate for the chosen period (according to hotel availability);
- Reservations made less than 6 days before the check-in date are NOT refundable.
- Cancellation of the reservation during the stay period will be considered the full charge for the package.

Terms & Conditions
- Check-in time is from 2:00 pm and check-out is until 12:00 pm;

Early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional charge;

- Children up to 3 years old are free of charge, as long as they sleep in one of the existing beds in the apartment. Children over 3 years old will incur an additional charge.
- Only small animals are allowed, only in the suites: Amsterdam, Brussels, Berlin, Warsaw, Athens, Luxembourg, London and Paris

* All passengers must present original and valid identification documents at check-in:
- For children (under 16 years of age): Must be accompanied by their father or mother, or by their legal guardian or
accompanied by an adult, with written authorization and notarized signature from the father, mother or guardian (tutor or guardian). (all in accordance with article 83, paragraph 1, item b items 1 and 2 of the Statute of Children and Adolescents, law no. 8,069/90).
- For accommodation of a child (up to 11 years old) or teenager (12 to 17 years old), unaccompanied: they must be expressly AUTHORIZED to stay, by their parents, guardian or responsible person, in writing and with a notarized signature (art. 82, Law nº 8.069/90).
