Cancellation Policies
Cancellation Policy:
- If the reservation is canceled more than 30 days before check-in, the amount deposited will be refunded in full;
- Cancellation of the reservation 10 to 30 days before check-in, the amount deposited will be credited for future use
03 months (depending on hotel availability);
- Cancellation of the reservation within a period of less than 10 days, the deposit amount will not be refunded;
- If the reservation is canceled less than 24 hours after check-in, the customer undertakes to pay 100% of the accommodation.

- Check-in time is from 3:00 pm and check-out must be done by 12:00 pm;
Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges;
- Children up to 3 years old are free of charge, as long as they sleep in one of the pre-existing beds in the apartment. Children over 3 years old will have an additional fee.
- Pets are only allowed at Chalés Vista Lago
Note: - Check-in lunch is not included in the standard contracted package.
-All extra consumption made at the Hotel will be subject to a 10% service fee and will be paid in cash at check out.
-Corkage fees will be charged for drinks not purchased at the hotel.

• It is mandatory to present original and valid identification documents for all passengers at check-in:
