Deposit / Guarantee Policies

- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or bank deposit (PIX, TED or transfer within 1 hour);
- It is mandatory to present the credit card corresponding to the purchase at the time of check-in.

Cancellation Policies

- Cancellation of the reservation more than 30 days before check-in, the amount deposited will be refunded in full;
- Cancellation of the reservation 10 to 30 days before check-in, the amount deposited will be used as credit for the next 3 months, the new package will be calculated according to the current rate for the chosen period (according to hotel availability);
- Reservations made less than 6 days before the check-in date are NOT refundable.
- Cancellation of the reservation during the stay period will be considered the full charge for the package.
