NOTE: Confirmation of the reservation is subject to partial and/or full payment of the reservation within 48 hours following the accommodation request.
If payment is not confirmed within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.
Cancellation Policies
PACKAGE DATE CHANGES:
A fine of 5% (five percent) of the full value of the package will be charged for each change requested, as well as any price differences between tariffs between one period and another. The deadline of 03 business days in advance must be observed for requesting date changes.

PACKAGE CANCELLATIONS:
They must be requested up to 30 days in advance of the check-in date via the reservations department via email [email protected], namely:
• Cancellation of the reservation within the indicated period will result in the issuance of a balance letter, for the amount already paid for the reservation. The balance letter, if any, will be available as a credit for future accommodation and will be valid for up to six (6) months from the date of cancellation or change. After this date the credit will be canceled automatically.
If this deadline is not respected, a fine will be imposed, as per the table below:
• More than 30 days - 10% fine on the total cost of accommodation and issuance of a balance letter for the remaining amount, if applicable.
• From 30 to 15 days – 50% fine on the total cost of accommodation and issuance of a balance letter for the remaining amount, if applicable;
• Less than 15 days – 100% fine with no refund of the amount already paid.
NOTE: this rule does not apply to Special Packages (Christmas, New Year, Carnival, Holy Week, Corpus-Christi or other high season periods), which will be charged a fine of less than 30 days before check-in. 100% of the full reservation value.
The balance card will be valid for six months.
• Passenger non-attendance will be considered “No Show” and the rules as per the paragraph below will apply.
“No Show” cases are not subject to refunds or credit for daily rates. In cases of cancellations or changes of any nature, amounts relating to services already paid will not be refunded.

It is important to observe the deadlines for cancellations and period changes. All these procedures must be carried out through the point of sale, before entering the Hotel.
PACKAGE WITHDRAWAL:
Cancellation of the stay after the customer has entered the Hotel will result in the total loss of the amount paid for the package, and any declaration as a reason for a cash refund agreement or credit for new nights, including for stays already rescheduled, cannot be considered;
ACT OF GOD AND FORCE MAJEURE:
Jaguaríndia Village will not be responsible for non-compliance with obligations contracted when the non-compliance is caused as a result of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, as provided for in Article 1,058 of the Brazilian Civil Code. Nor is it responsible for any meteorological phenomenon that prevents arrival at the hotel, such as; intense rain, barrier falls or all natural actions declared by the State as public calamities or states of emergency, as well as fortuitous cases and force majeure.
VALUES AND BAGGAGE:
An individual safe will be available in your accommodation.
• The Hotel is not responsible for the disappearance of valuables or objects left unattended, outside the safe or in social areas.
• The Hotel is not responsible for lost luggage, lost and/or damaged objects at the Hotel, in transport and/or tours.
