The guest must present the original credit card used for the purchase, as well as a copy of the cardholder's photo ID to validate the reservation, at the time of check-in, under penalty of cancellation of the reservation. If the reservation payment was made with a third party's card, the debit authorization form previously filled out by the cardholder will be requested, along with the front and back of the card and the cardholder's ID or driver's license. Refusal to present the documents in the form presented PREVENTS check-in, and the guest must make a new reservation directly at the counter with payment in full if they wish to continue with the stay. As a security measure, a photocopy of the card may be attached to the reservation.
