Reservations with Prepayment (Bank Deposit or PIX):
- Up to 30 days before arrival: cancellation without penalty, with a full refund of the 50% paid at the time of booking.
- From 30 to 16 days before arrival: a penalty of 50% of the total reservation value will be charged.
- From 15 days before arrival: 100% of the reservation value will be charged, with no right to a refund.
Reservations with Credit Card:
- Tour operators and travel agencies: the payment and cancellation policy may vary according to the rules of each channel and operator.
- Private (direct) reservations: the same conditions applied to prepaid reservations (deposit or PIX) apply.
Invoiced Payments:

Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in is from 2 PM onwards, and check-out must be done by 12 PM.
- Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
- At check-in, it is mandatory to present photo identification for all guests, in addition to paying the local tourism tax.
- In case of check-in or check-out outside of traditional hours, please inform our team in advance.
Opening Hours
- Breakfast: 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM.
- Swimming pool: 9 AM to 9 PM.
- Restaurant and bar: 1 PM to 9 PM.
- Reception: 7 AM to 10 PM.
Cleaning Services
- For room cleaning, please request it at reception by noon.
Children's Policy
- One child up to 6 years old stays free of charge, provided they use one of the existing beds in the accommodation.
- Children over 6 years old are charged according to the additional fee policy.
- In the case of two children under 6 years old, one will stay free of charge and the other will be charged as an additional guest.
Pets
- Pets are not allowed on the property.
Swimming Pool
- The pool area does not have a lifeguard; we request special attention for children and non-swimmers.
Food and Beverages
- Consumption of food or beverages brought from outside is not permitted in the common areas of the inn or inside the pools, except in cases of previously informed dietary restrictions.
