This payment condition is exclusive to Legal Entities.
The tour operator or travel agency must register the CNPJ according to the data on the Registration and Registration Status Certificate, in addition to appointing a person responsible for receiving bank slips and handling invoices.
After check-out, an invoice will be issued for the amount of the accommodation and services contracted, together with the payment slip for payment within 30 business days.
The request to enable billing will be subject to a registration analysis and payment history. The analysis can be requested by email at [email protected].
La Villa Group will contact the tour operator or travel agency by phone and/or email for the necessary validations or to clarify any questions regarding billing.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation up to 31 days before arrival: refund of the amount paid.
Cancellation between 30 days and 16 days before arrival: 50% of the reservation fee.
From 15 days before arrival: 100% of the reservation fee will be charged.
General Policy
- Check-in time is from 2:00 pm and check-out must be done by 12:00 pm; Early check-in or late check-out may generate an additional charge;
- One child up to 6 (six) years old is free of charge, as long as they sleep in one of the existing beds in the apartment. Children over 6 (six) years old will have an additional charge. In the case of two children under 6 (six) years old, one of them will be free and one will be charged an additional amount;
- Pets are not allowed;
- We do not provide lifeguards in the pool area;
- The consumption of drinks or food purchased outside our facilities, in the common areas of the inn and inside the pools is not permitted, except in cases of dietary restrictions;
