For direct bookings with La Villa Group:
• We request payment of 50% of the total within 48 hours after confirming the reservation and the remainder will be charged 15 days before your arrival.
• If your arrival is for 15 days or less, we will charge 100% at the time of booking.
• We accept deposits or cards: Visa, Master, American Express, and others, bank transfer: (exclusively for Brazilian account holders).

Requests outside of standard hours must be communicated to reception in advance.

Breakfast: 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM.
Swimming pool: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Restaurant and bar: 12:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
Reception: 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Cleaning Service
Requests for room cleaning must be made at reception until 12:00 PM.
Children's Policy
One child up to 6 years old stays free of charge, using existing beds in the accommodation.
Children over 6 years old are subject to an additional charge according to the pricing policy.
In the case of two children under 6 years old, only one will be considered complimentary.
Pets
Pets are not allowed on the property.
Pool Area
The pool does not have a lifeguard.
Children and guests who cannot swim must remain under the supervision of their guardians.
Food and Beverages
Consuming outside food or beverages is not permitted in common areas and the pool, except in cases of previously informed dietary restrictions.
External Visitors
The restaurant and bar are open to the public, except during exclusive events or periods of privatization.
Visitor access to leisure areas and the pool is subject to availability and conditions of the Day Use service.
Quiet and Conduct Policy
We request silence between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Disturbing the peace through shouting, sound equipment, musical instruments, or excessively noisy activities is not permitted at any time.
Failure to comply may result in warnings and other administrative measures.
Personal Belongings and Lost and Found
All accommodations have a safe for storing valuables.
Lost items will be stored for up to 30 days.
After this period, they may be disposed of appropriately by the administration.
Found personal documents will be forwarded to the competent authorities or issuing body.
Internet and Wi-Fi
Villa Praia offers Wi-Fi in accommodations and social areas.
Login and password are provided at check-in.
Signal quality may vary depending on external factors and availability in the area.
Voltage and Infrastructure
All outlets in the property operate at 220V.
We do not provide transformers or adapters.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited in accommodations, balconies, corridors, restaurant, bar, and enclosed or partially enclosed common areas.
