Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Valid for holidays, vacations, and special dates. We require a 50% deposit upon confirmation of the reservation, and the remainder will be charged upon arrival 44 days prior to your arrival. If your arrival is 30 days or less before your arrival, we will charge 100% at the time of booking.

We accept bank deposits or Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other cards.

Invoiced: payment condition exclusive to Legal Entities. The operator or agency must register the CNPJ as per the Registration and Taxpayer Status Certificate and indicate a person responsible for receiving invoices and handling billing. After check-out, an invoice will be issued for the accommodation and contracted services, along with a payment slip, with a payment deadline of up to 30 business days. Billing authorization is subject to credit check and payment history. Requests can be made via email to [email protected]. La Villa Group may contact you by phone or email for validations and clarifications related to billing.

On other dates:

For direct bookings with La Villa Group: we require a 50% payment of the total upon confirmation of the reservation, and the remainder will be charged upon arrival 30 days prior to your arrival. If your arrival is 15 days or less, we will charge 100% at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 12/24/2026 - 1/31/2027

Política de cancelación: Válida para días festivos, vacaciones y fechas conmemorativas. Cancelación con 45 días o más de antelación a la llegada: no se cobrará ningún cargo y se reembolsará el importe pagado. Cancelación entre 44 y 31 días antes: se reembolsará el 50% del valor de la reserva. Cancelación con 30 días o menos de antelación: se cobrará el 100% de la reserva, sin derecho a reembolso.

Política de pago: Se cobra el 50% del importe total al realizar la reserva. El 50% restante se carga automáticamente cuando la reserva se realiza dentro de los 44 días previos a la llegada.

Política de cancelación:

Cancelación hasta 31 días antes de la llegada: se reembolsará el importe pagado. Cancelación entre 30 y 16 días antes de la llegada: se aplicará una penalización del 50% del importe de la reserva. Cancelación a partir de 15 días antes de la llegada: se cobrará el 100% del importe de la reserva.

Política de pago:
Se abonará el 50% del importe total al realizar la reserva. El 50% restante se cargará automáticamente 30 días antes de la llegada.
