Invoiced: payment condition exclusive to Legal Entities. The operator or agency must register the CNPJ (Brazilian tax ID) as per the Registration and Taxpayer Status Certificate and indicate a person responsible for receiving invoices and handling billing. After check-out, an invoice will be issued for the accommodation and contracted services, along with the payment slip, with a payment deadline of up to 30 business days. Billing authorization is subject to registration analysis and payment history. The request can be made via email to [email protected]. Cancellation Policies

Non-refundable rate. Full payment is due at the time of booking. No refunds are given under any circumstances, regardless of the cancellation date.
