Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Payment Policy – Villa Florens

Reservations with Prepayment (Bank Deposit or PIX):
- Up to 30 days before arrival: cancellation without penalty, with a full refund of the 50% paid at the time of booking.

- From 30 to 16 days before arrival: a penalty of 50% of the total reservation value will be charged.

- From 15 days before arrival: 100% of the reservation value will be charged, with no right to a refund.

Reservations with Credit Card:

- Tour operators and travel agencies: the payment and cancellation policy may vary according to the rules of each channel and operator.

- Private (direct) reservations: the same conditions applied to prepaid reservations (deposit or PIX) apply.

Cancellation Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY:

30 days before arrival: no penalty will be charged, we will refund 50% of the reservation.

From 30 to 16 days before arrival: 50% penalty of the reservation.

From 15 days before arrival: 100% of the reservation will be charged.

NO SHOW:
In case of no-show without prior notice, the suite will be considered available for another reservation 24 hours after the scheduled check-in time.

Therefore, from 2 PM on the second day.

There is no refund of the deposited amount.
