Deposit / Guarantee Policies

This payment condition is exclusive to Legal Entities.

The operator or travel agency must register the CNPJ in accordance with the data in the Proof of Registration and Registration Status, in addition to appointing someone responsible for receiving bank slips and dealing with invoices.

After check-out, an invoice corresponding to the value of the accommodation and contracted services will be issued, together with the invoice for payment within 30 business days.

The request to enable billing will be subject to registration analysis and payment history. The analysis can be requested via email [email protected].

La Villa Group will contact the operator or travel agency by phone and/or email for the necessary validations or to clarify questions regarding billing.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation up to 31 days before arrival: we will refund the amount paid.
Cancellation between 30 days and 16 days before arrival: fine of 50% of the reservation.
From 15 days before arrival: 100% of the reservation will be charged.
