Deposit / Guarantee Policies

For payment we accept Reais, Visa, Mastercard, American, Diners, Redeshop, Maestro cards. Package payment can be paid in up to 6 times on the card. Prices exempt from service charge. Breakfast included in the value. Daily rates start at 14h and end at 12h. Early check-in and / or late check-out (late check-out allowed until 17h) upon availability. All prices are subject to change except for reservations already confirmed. See Special Rates for groups, events, congresses and low seasons. Make it easy to identify the transfer by sending a copy of the voucher. Any extra charges and minibar must be paid until check out. Cinnamon City Council charges a Tourist Tax per room per night which is charged at the hotel.

Cancellation Policies

If you are unable to travel during the initial period, the date may be changed according to the prices charged for the new period chosen. The difference will be charged at the time of the change if requested up to 7 days before check-in.

To guarantee your stay, we will charge 50% of the total amount of the reservation.

The balance must be paid at check-in.

The amount charged for your stay is refundable if you cancel up to 7 days before check-in.

In the event of cancellation less than 7 days before check-in or no-show, the full amount will be retained as a fine.
