Deposit / Guarantee Policies

For payment we accept Reais, Visa, Mastercard, American, Diners, Redeshop, Maestro cards. Package payment can be paid in up to 6 times on the card. Prices exempt from service charge. Breakfast included in the value. Daily rates start at 14h and end at 12h. Early check-in and / or late check-out (late check-out allowed until 17h) upon availability. All prices are subject to change except for reservations already confirmed. See Special Rates for groups, events, congresses and low seasons. Make it easy to identify the transfer by sending a copy of the voucher. Any extra charges and minibar must be paid until check out. Cinnamon City Council charges a Tourist Tax per room per night which is charged at the hotel.

Cancellation Policies

To guarantee your reservation, we will charge the full amount according to the conditions chosen at the time of booking.

The amount paid for accommodation cannot be refunded and cannot be used on another date.

In case of no-show, the full amount will be retained and cannot be used on another date.
