To confirm the reservation, we request 100% of the total reservation amount in advance, within 48 hours after creating the reservation. This amount can be transferred to the hotel via credit card, transfer or PIX. In case of PIX, please send proof to the reservations department and await confirmation. When paying in full in advance via credit card, we can pay in up to 10 interest-free installments, with the minimum installment being R$500.00.

In this case, the rates are always promotional, with discounts compared to the normal rate. This option is recommended for our guests who are sure about their trip, as it does not provide the option of changing the date or canceling the reservation.
