Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total reservation value must be made within 48 hours to guarantee the lock of the apartment.
If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation of reservations without a No Show charge is allowed up to 1 day before the check-in date, cancellations after this period will be charged 100% of the first night.
On other dates:
1. Non-Refundable Rate Policies:
Reservations made with non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled and the amount paid will not be refunded, regardless of the circumstances.
