Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
Confirmation and guarantee of the reservation will only be considered after confirmation by the hotel's financial department of the total payment for the entire period of accommodation.
Credit card payments will only be accepted if the holder of the credit card presented is one of the guests.
If payment via bank deposit, or PIX, or via credit card is not identified before check-in, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.
Cancellation Policies
1. Non-Refundable Rate Policy:
Reservations made with non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled and the amount paid will not be refunded, regardless of the circumstances.
2. No-show Policy:
In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged.
