Deposit / Guarantee Policies

After the reservation is confirmed, payment is verified to guarantee the desired accommodation is blocked.

If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

100% of the total amount is charged at the time of reservation, via credit/debit card or Pix.

Cancellation Policies

PIX RATES: Non-Refundable. These rates do not allow cancellation, refund or modification.

NO-SHOW: In case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will not be refunded and no credit will be accrued.

*Early departures do not generate a refund and do not settle the outstanding amount of the reservation.

**Penalties are based on the total amount of the reservation, not the amount paid. For weather reasons or any cause that affects the safety of the customer, the establishment may cancel any reservation when it considers that some circumstance affects the safety of the customer. In these cases, the customer can choose between a refund of the total amount of the reservation or changing the date of the reservation subject to the availability of the establishment. If the customer is unable to travel due to the lockdown, Zion Bubble Glamping will refund 100% of the amount paid for the reservation or a voucher valid for one year under the same conditions.
