After confirming the reservation, payment is verified to ensure that the desired accommodation is blocked. If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice. OR Defines prepayment policy and deposit requirements. 100% of the total amount is charged at the time of booking, via credit/debit card or pix.

Cancellation Policies

FLEXI RATE: Up to 30 days before the arrival date, a fine of 15% of the full reservation value; - From 29 to 15 days before the arrival date, a fine of 50% of the full reservation value; - Less than 14 days from arrival date, fine of 100% of the full reservation amount. Modifications: Modifications are allowed up to 15 days before the arrival date, you will have the possibility to change the reservation dates according to availability. With less than 14 days, you will not be able to change the date.​ NO-SHOW: In case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will not be refunded and credit will not accumulate. ​*Early departures do not generate refunds and do not pay off the outstanding amount of the reservation. **Penalties are based on the total value of the reservation, not the amount paid. For meteorological reasons or any cause that affects the customer's safety, the establishment may cancel any reservation when it considers that any circumstance affects the customer's safety. In these cases, the customer can choose between refunding the total reservation amount or modifying the reservation date based on the establishment's availability. If the customer is unable to travel due to confinement, Zion Bubble Glamping will refund 100% of the reservation amount paid or a voucher valid for one year under the same conditions.
