Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Upon confirmation of the reservation it is required that within 48 hours a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation is required to secure the lock of the apartment. In case of payment by credit card it is necessary to pass the bank details to the Hotel in order to make the payment. (installment options resolve directly with the Hotel.) If payment is not identified within the deadline the reservation will be subject to cancellation without notice.

Cancellation Policies

No cancellation of reservations No Charge is allowed up to 30 days prior to check-in date, cancellations after this time will be charged for the full amount of the reservation. Payments made by credit card are subject to administrative fees.
