Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 5/17/2024 - 12/31/2025

- Allows cancellation 15 days or more in advance of the check-in date, 14 days or less will be charged 50% of the total reservation as a fine;
- If there is a need to change dates more than 15 days in relation to the check-in date, no fee will be charged, only the tariff difference for the new period; subject to availability.
- No-show: (non-attendance) will result in a charge of 100% of the reservation value.
- Early departure: in the case of early departure (for any reason), an amount equal to the reserved period will be charged. It will not entitle you to any type of cash refund.
