Deposit / Guarantee Policies

• To guarantee your reservation, you must provide your credit card details. • For refundable reservations, the amount of the first night will be charged to your credit card 24 hours before the check-in date. If the card is invalid, the reservation will be canceled automatically and without prior notice after 4pm on the day of check-in. • For non-refundable reservations, the full amount will be charged to your credit card on the same day the reservation is made. If the card is invalid, the reservation will be canceled automatically and without prior notice. • Carefully check your reservation's cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policies

Reservations under these conditions cannot be canceled. Canceling the reservation period will result in the charge of the full amount of the first night of each apartment. In case of date changes, consult the unit directly (upon availability); Payment for the reservation will be charged to the credit card informed at time of booking.
