Deposit / Guarantee Policies

• To guarantee your reservation, it is necessary to inform your credit card details. • For refundable reservations, the total amount will be charged to your credit card 24 hours before the check-in date. • For non-refundable bookings, the full amount will be charged to your credit card on the same day of booking. • If the card is invalid, the reservation will be canceled automatically and without prior notice. • Carefully check your reservation's cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policies

• Reservations can only be canceled or changed up to a maximum of 24 hours before the check-in date. • After 24 hours, the value of the first night will be debited from the credit card entered in the reservation. • If the card is invalid, the reservation will be canceled automatically and without prior notice after 4pm on the day of check-in. • In case of no-show (no show), the amount corresponding to the first night will be charged to your credit card.
