Cancellation Policies
PAYMENT METHOD: A 50% deposit of the total accommodation cost will be required as a guarantee for reservations that fall within the New Year's period. The reservations department will contact you within 48 hours of booking to request proof of payment.
CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY: Guests may cancel and/or change their reservation free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival. Guests will be charged 50% of the total price for cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival.
Guest can cancel free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival. The guest must pay 50% of the total price in case of cancellation within 30 days of arrival.
