Payment by Credit Card:
Guests will be charged a prepayment of 100% of the total price via credit card in up to 6 interest-free installments with minimum installments of R$150.00, at any time after booking.

Payment by Pix:
Guests will be charged a prepayment of 100% of the total price via Pix, at any time after booking. Pix code: 48.571.583/0001-37 | Send proof of payment to [email protected].

In Case of Non-Payment:
If payment is not made within 24 hours, your reservation will be immediately canceled.

In Case of No-Show:
Guests must pay 100% of the total price in case of no-show. The amount paid cannot be refunded or credited.

Cancellation Policies

The guest can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. The guest must pay 50% of the total price in case of cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival.
