Payment Policy:
• The total amount will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking.
• Reservations not paid in full at the time of booking will be automatically cancelled.

* Does not allow cancellation;
* You may receive credit for changes and rescheduling.
* In case of early departure, refunds will not be possible.

It requires prepayment from the guest and in case of cancellation the amount is not refunded and can be left as a credit for rescheduling without fines.

• Breakfast included in the daily rate, served in the hotel restaurant between 6:00 am and 10:00 am;
• All children are welcome.
- 01 (one) child under 12 (twelve) years old will be accommodated free of charge in the Standard Triple category using existing beds or a cot if necessary;
- 02 (two) children under 12 (twelve) years old will be accommodated free of charge in the Family category, using existing beds or a cot if necessary;
• Wi-Fi access available free of charge in all apartments and common areas;
• Free rotating parking (LIMITED SPACES);
• Check-in: from 2:00 pm; • Check-out: until 12:00 pm;
• Extra expenses not included in the BREAKFAST regime will be charged directly to the guest.
• Rates and conditions may be renegotiated depending on changes in the country's economic policy.
• Pets are not allowed.
• According to Federal Law 8,069/1990, minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to check into hotels, unless accompanied by their parents or an official guardian. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his or her parents, written authorization must be presented to check into the hotel. This authorization must be notarized, signed by the parents and presented together with certified copies of the parents' identity documents. All minors under 18 must also present a valid document with a photo that proves their identity and that of their parents, even if they are accompanied by them. If the minor is accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a certified copy of the latter's identity document.
** EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY:
- 1 (one) DAILY DAY WILL BE CHARGED: If the reservation is made for a period that is in the FLEX 2D DI policy: For any early departure, +1 daily rate will be charged and the balance of daily rates will be refunded (if any).
- YOU WILL BE CHARGED 100% of the package: If the reservation is made for a period that falls under the FLEX 15D 50% or FLEX 30D 100% policies, without the right to a refund.
Note: An early departure is considered when the guest checks out before the end of their stay until 12pm. When booking the stay, the policy of check in at 2pm and check out at 12pm must be considered, after 12pm a new daily rate must be calculated.

* FEDERAL ANTI-SMOKING LAW came into force on 12/03/14, LAW 12,546, approved in 2011 but regulated in 2014:
It is prohibited to smoke cigarillos, cigars, pipes, hookahs and other products in places of collective use, public or private, such as halls and corridors of condominiums, restaurants and clubs, even if the environment is partially closed by a wall, partition, ceiling or even awning. If commercial establishments fail to comply with the rules, they may be fined and even lose their operating license.
