Deposit / Guarantee Policies

After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total reservation value must be made within 48 hours to guarantee the lock of the apartment. If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation of reservations without a No Show charge is allowed up to 7 days before the check-in date, cancellations after this period will be charged 50% of the total reservation value
