All reservations require a guarantee credit card.

Reservations can be canceled up to 48 hours before arrival, free of charge. After 48 hours, a cancellation charge equal to the first 2 (two) nights of the reservation will be charged. In case of no show or early departure, the total stay will be charged. Standard payment terms apply to all cancellation costs. For this purpose, the Hotel reserves the right to charge the cancellation amount to the guest's credit card, without prior notice or approval, when applicable.

TOURIST TAX: All reservations will be subject to the payment of a tourist tax as follows: The Tourist Tax has a unit value of €2.00/night in high season and €1.00/night in low season, a) High season — 1 April to 31 October; b) Low season — 1 November to 31 March. All persons aged 16 or over are subject to payment. EXTRA BED & MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY Single rooms: maximum occupancy of 1 adult. Double rooms and Atlantic suites: maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 1 child (up to 12 years old). Premium suites, the Platinum suite and the Presidential penthouse: maximum occupancy of 4 adults and 2 children. Extra bed policy only applies to children up to 12 years old. Cots are applicable to children up to 2 years old (from this age an extra bed is required). Extra beds and cots (free of charge) are available subject to maximum room occupancy. GOLF INFORMATION (applicable to Best Rate with Golf & Spa) Golf rounds are valid per player (maximum of two players per room), as follows: stays of 7 nights or more = 4 rounds of golf | stays of 5-6 nights = 3 rounds | stays of 3-4 nights = 2 rounds. Rounds are per person per stay; non-transferable and non-refundable, and are subject to course availability. Rounds are valid at: San Lorenzo or Pinheiros Altos. Presentation of a Handicap Certificate is mandatory (Men/28 - Ladies/36) to play the courses. Golf included in the rate does not apply to children (when sharing a room with their parents) or additional adults. In these cases, the applicable rate must be requested and additionally applied to children and/or additional adults. FOOD AND BEVERAGES Rates include daily buffet breakfast per person, served in the Primavera Restaurant (or in the Dom Duarte, if the main restaurant is closed). The consumption of food or beverages purchased outside (external purchases) is not permitted in our restaurants or terraces, without the express written consent of the hotel management and for which a fee may be charged by the Hotel. CHILDREN Children over the age of 12 are charged the adult rate. Children under the age of 12 benefit from the free accommodation policy, when sharing the same room with adults. Ages will be verified during check-in and, if they do not comply with the rules, the adult rate will be charged locally. Children 12 years and under must be accompanied by an adult in all public areas to ensure appropriate behavior. ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES Check-in is guaranteed from 5:00 p.m. onwards, check-out must be done by 11:00 a.m. Booked rooms will be held until midnight on the date of arrival, that is, up to 7 (seven) hours after the check-in time. For guests checking out after 11:00 a.m., the Hotel reserves the right to charge an additional night, quoted according to the Best Available Rate at the time of check-out.
